Japanese Food Recipes "Green Pepper Kakiage"

Today i show you how to make a Japanese Food Recipes "Green Pepper Kakiage" in 20 minutes.



It is very easy quick dinner for your family. My kids love this "Green Pepper Kakiage" with rice.

■Japanese Food Recipes - "Green Pepper Kakiage"
for two people serve:

Peppers x 3
Red Peppers x 3
Can of Tuna x 1
White sesame

2-3 tablespoons flour
2-3 tablespoons potato starch
Proper amount of cold water
Proper amount of frying oil
Salt

■ how to make "Green Pepper Kakiage"

Step1.
Remove seeds from peppers, red peppers and cut in half lengthwise, thinly sliced.



Step2.
Tuna is cutting the excess liquid, coarse crumb.

Step3.
Start to preheat the frying oil to 170 ℃.

Step4.
Mix the sesame, red peppers, tuna, pepper in a bowl with flour, and adding the starch.



Step5.
Add cold water gradually, about when to come together as a whole, one mouthful at large spoon dropped into frying oil to 170 ℃. Prime instrument you cut the oil, shake the salt mill buck.
