for two people serve:
◎250g flour
◎Starch (cornstarch) ... 20g
◎2 tsp baking powder
◎chicken stock 1 tablespoon
◎Salt 1 tsp
◎Sugar 1tsp
◎Broth (kelp and bonito) ... 2.5 cups
◎1 tablespoon mayonnaise
◎Sake, soy sauce, mirin ... tablespoon each 1 / 2
◎Red ginger 3 tablespoons
Cabbage ... 1 ball
Bundle of long green onion ...
Pork ... 200g ~
Peeled shrimp, and squid ... 200g ~
Tenkasu
Min number of burning eggs.

■ how to make "Okonomiyaki"
Step1.
First, mix ◎ marked ingredients togather in bowl.
After mixed, put in the fridge for one hour.
Step2.
Cut cabage and wash prawns.
Step3.
Put cabage, mixed flour, egg, prawns, Tenkasu together in one bowl.
Step4.
Cook on heated saupan with oil - see photos.
