Today i show you how to make a Japanese Food Recipes "Sukiyaki" in 15 minutes.
When you want to enjoy the taste of the meat, homemade "Sukiyaki" would be the best Japanese dinner!
It is very easy quick dinner for your family. My kids love this "Sukiyaki" with rice.
■Japanese Food Recipes - "Sukiyaki"
for two people serve:
Sliced Beef 600g
TOFU x 1
Mushroom x 8
Favorite vegetables eg.Onion, bee, crown daisy, carrot
Egg x 4
(A) soy sauce ... 100cc
(A) mirin ... 100cc
(A) 3 tablespoons sugar
Broth ... 200cc
■ how to make "Sukiyaki"
Step1.
The spring onion cut diagonally.
Other vegetables cut with easy to eat off.
Step2.
Make a Sukiyaki Soup:
(A) all of the seasoning mix.
Step3.
When saucepan heated, melt the tallow and put the grilled beef and onion to it, (2) put the Sukiyaki Soup on top.
When Sukiyaki soup boiled, put the other ingredients and boil it.
Step4.
When all cooked, eat with egg. Finish !!!!!!!!!
