Today i show you how to make a Japanese Food Recipes "bean sprouts with Pork" in 30 minutes.



It is very easy quick dinner for your family. My kids love this "bean sprouts with Pork" with rice.

■Japanese Food Recipes - "bean sprouts with Pork"
for two people serve:

Leek ... 1 / 2 bunch
Sprouts ... 1 / 2 pack
80g minced pork
(A) 1 tsp soy sauce
(A) 1 tsp oyster sauce
(A) 1 tsp wine
(A) starch 1 tsp / 2
Salt, pepper
Sesami oil


■ how to make "bean sprouts with Pork"

Step1.
Cut leak 10cm and wash bean sprouts.



Step2.
Mix (A) seasoning together.




Step3.
Put sesami oil on heated sauce pan and cook pork mints with salt & pepper.




Step4.
When pork changed colour, put leak and bean sprouts and cook with
Mixed seasoning.




Step5.
Put in nice bowl and finish.

Japanese Food Recipes "Radish Dish"

Today i show you how to make a Japanese Food Recipes "Radish Dish" in 30 minutes.



It is very easy quick dinner for your family. My kids love this "Radish Dish" with rice.

■Japanese Food Recipes - "Radish Dish"
for two people serve:

Radish x 3
Chicken Wings x 8
Ginger
Dashi soup 600ml

4 tablespoons sake
2 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons potato starch
3 tablespoons water


■ how to make "Radish Dish"

Step1.
Cut radish 4~6 pieces.




Step2.
Cut chicken wing in middle.



Step3.
Put dashi soup in saupan and cook radish and chicken wings with ginger.



Step4.
cook radish and chicken wing for 20 mins.

Step5.
Put lead on top and cook again.



Step6.
Put starch in and finish.

Japanese Food Recipes "Spring Roll"

Today i show you how to make a Japanese Food Recipes "Spring Roll" in 30 minutes.



It is very easy quick dinner for your family. My kids love this "Spring Roll" with rice.

■Japanese Food Recipes - "Spring Roll"
for two people serve:

Tofu 400g
Chicken mints 80g
Shirimp 2 tablespoons
spring roll sheets x 10
Ginger
Soy sauce
Salt & Pepper
Oil
Starch



■ how to make "Spring Roll"

Step1.
Cook tofu on heated saucepan.



Step2.
Cook chicken at the same time.



Step3.
Mix shirimp, Say sauce, salt & pepper and put Starch.



Step4.
Put cooked meats on top of the spring roll sheet and roll up.



Step5.
Deep fry sring roll and ready to eat!

Japanese Food Recipes - "Okonomiyaki"

Today i show you how to make a Japanese Food Recipes "Okonomiyaki" in 30 minutes.



It is very easy quick dinner for your family. My kids love this "Okonomiyaki" with rice.

■Japanese Food Recipes - "Okonomiyaki"
for two people serve:

◎250g flour
◎Starch (cornstarch) ... 20g
◎2 tsp baking powder
◎chicken stock 1 tablespoon
◎Salt 1 tsp
◎Sugar 1tsp
◎Broth (kelp and bonito) ... 2.5 cups
◎1 tablespoon mayonnaise
◎Sake, soy sauce, mirin ... tablespoon each 1 / 2
◎Red ginger 3 tablespoons

Cabbage ... 1 ball
Bundle of long green onion ...
Pork ... 200g ~
Peeled shrimp, and squid ... 200g ~
Tenkasu
Min number of burning eggs.
Source, mayonnaise, dried bonito, Seaweed, ginger


■ how to make "Okonomiyaki"

Step1.
First, mix ◎ marked ingredients togather in bowl.
After mixed, put in the fridge for one hour.



Step2.
Cut cabage and wash prawns.



Step3.
Put cabage, mixed flour, egg, prawns, Tenkasu together in one bowl.



Step4.
Cook on heated saupan with oil - see photos.



Step5.
Finish!

Japanese Food Recipes "Butter Chicken"

Today i show you how to make a Japanese Food Recipes "Butter Chicken" in 20 minutes.



It is very easy quick dinner for your family. My kids love this "Butter Chicken" with rice.

■Japanese Food Recipes - "Butter Chicken"
for two people serve:

2 pieces chicken thigh
Salt & Pepper
1-2 tablespoons flour
Mushroom
Two green peppers
2 pieces red bell pepper
2 tablespoons sake
2 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoons soy sauce
20g butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil





■ how to make "Butter Chicken"

Step1.
Cut chicken thigh in bite-size and put salt & pepper with flour.



Step2.
Cut mushrooms.

Step3.
Remove the seeds from peppers, red peppers and cut in half lengthwise.



Step4.
Put oil on saupan and then butter.
Cook chiken first and mushrooms.

200 grams peeled shrimp or chicken

Firstly mix Tempura Powder & egg and put water.



Step2.
Deep fry prawns in saupan.

Put Tomato Sauce & Mayonnaise and then mix with cooked prawns.

Japanese Food Recipes "Green Pepper Kakiage"

Today i show you how to make a Japanese Food Recipes "Green Pepper Kakiage" in 20 minutes.



It is very easy quick dinner for your family. My kids love this "Green Pepper Kakiage" with rice.

■Japanese Food Recipes - "Green Pepper Kakiage"
for two people serve:

Peppers x 3
Red Peppers x 3
Can of Tuna x 1
White sesame

2-3 tablespoons flour
2-3 tablespoons potato starch
Proper amount of cold water
Proper amount of frying oil
Salt

■ how to make "Green Pepper Kakiage"

Step1.
Remove seeds from peppers, red peppers and cut in half lengthwise, thinly sliced.



Step2.
Tuna is cutting the excess liquid, coarse crumb.

Step3.
Start to preheat the frying oil to 170 ℃.

Step4.
Mix the sesame, red peppers, tuna, pepper in a bowl with flour, and adding the starch.



Step5.
Add cold water gradually, about when to come together as a whole, one mouthful at large spoon dropped into frying oil to 170 ℃. Prime instrument you cut the oil, shake the salt mill buck.
